One-On-One Executive Coaching

Purpose:

Our executive coaching focuses on helping to quickly develop an individual’s ability to drive innovation and enhance their overall leadership. Innovation leadership coaching is also used to strengthen retention of the new leadership skills developed during our training programs, and to support immediate application in order to create a workplace culture of innovation.

Description:

Executive coaching is targeted at leaders at all levels of the organization and is focused on helping them to develop their abilities to lead, manage, follow, innovate and otherwise use their expertise and intelligence to make positive, business-growth-oriented decisions. Following a creative thinking and innovation training program, we begin one-on-one coaching sessions with an assessment of the individual relative to the organization, and then create a personalized program to work with leaders (both high-potential leaders and developing leaders) to help strengthen talents. Sessions are weekly or biweekly and conducted in person or over the phone (as appropriate) over the course of three months. Where there is a commitment to grow, there will be a noticeable and sustained difference for the people involved.

Frank the Gator

Frank Talk from a Gator The truth is that personal improvement is hard. Really hard. Harder than alligator poop in a Chicago winter. (Sorry, too creative a metaphor for you?) So should you give up on making it happen? Yup. Give it up. No, not really! We’re kidding! Even though it’s difficult to create leadership change – in yourself -- you can make it a bit easier by getting honest feedback from someone who doesn’t need to suck up to you to keep your view of them favorable. You can also make it easier by not getting feedback from some co-worker who’s a jerk (translation: they had to use a bit of anger to help them overcome their hesitance to tell it like they see it). So let’s cut the *%&#! We’re not perfect, and – dare we say it? -- neither are you. We get coaching for ourselves so we can improve as rapidly as possible. And we get that coaching from people who know how to do it. And do it well. And so should you…if you want to improve. And if you do, then we’d love to work with you. And unlike your high school gym coach, we promise there will be no push-ups.
