Frank Talk from a Gator Innovation. It’s a plaque on the wall. And I’ve seen some pretty ones. If you say it enough times, maybe the shareholders will actually believe it. Or, you could get serious about learning the science and building the systems that make innovation happen day in day out. Listen. I’m a gator. I know a lot about survival. Been doing it for a long time. The way I see it is you’ve got two choices: Kill everything new that comes your way, or evolve yourself out of the swamp. The swamp is mine. The only reason you’re still alive is because I just ate. Quit tempting me. Those folks who are taking your market share were here yesterday just after my mid day meal. They took my advice and ran. They only have a short head start on you... Maybe you can run fast enough to catch and pass them, but not if you stay in the swamp. Legs are my favorite and it’s getting to be snack time.
