Mindy Audlin is passionate about unleashing the creative potential of small groups to solve problems, innovate growth, and create healthy cultures.The author of “What If It All Goes RIGHT?”, Mindy has spent more than 20 years speaking, facilitating and training purpose-driven leaders to expand their impact and multiply their results.

Mindy is the Founder of The What·If·UP Club®, a non-profit organization dedicated to spreading hope, building connection and inspiring positive change. She graduated Magna Cum Laude  from Texas Tech University and attended The University of London, England. She holds a certificate in Executive Education from Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington, D.C.

Her professional training in coaching methodologies is from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and the Austin Institute of NLP. She is trained in Experiential Course Facilitation, Accelerated Learning Principles, and is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

A former radio personality and host of “The Leading Edge” podcast, Mindy served as speaker for Fred Pryor/Career Track Seminars, a Lead Facilitator for The Quantum Learning Network and a program designer and facilitator for Outward Bound Professional. She is certified as a Passion Test facilitator and an SQ21 Spiritual Intelligence facilitator.

She lives in northern New York with her husband, their teenage daughter, a rescue-mutt, and a lively flock of free-range chickens.
