Bob is a Partner at New & Improved who works with leaders and teams to deliver exceptional business results tailored to their specific needs and organizational culture. He draws out the best in leaders by helping them tackle the essential conversations that galvanize team commitment, coordinate actions and deliver exceptional outcomes. 

With extensive leadership and management expertise in health care and pharmaceutical R&D, particularly in the Project and Portfolio Management of Clinical Development programs, Bob is a veteran Pharma Executive with three decades of R&D industry experience spanning strategic planning, project management, clinical data management, clinical systems, and process management.  He brings a blend of Sr. Executive perspective along with hands-on know-how, and enjoys getting into the details with leaders and teams to plan, execute and deliver successful results.  After taking early retirement in 2007 as head of Portfolio Operations for Pfizer Global R&D, he has been offering his coaching and consulting expertise to principally pharma and medical device companies including: Astellas, SunTech Medical, Shire, and Pfizer-Specialty Care.

Bob is certified as an executive coach by the Institute for Generative Leadership and Newfield Network.  He also has extensive training and experience with Creative Problem Solving, high performance facilitation methods and AIM (Accelerating Implementation Methodology).

When not working, Bob can be found at his home in North Carolina riding his bike and enjoying time with his family and friends.
