Warren is a Partner at New & Improved. Fluent in both English and Japanese, he has over 25 years of executive experience in Japan and Asia and has worked with multinational companies across the globe.

He has spent the last 7 years developing business innovation strategies and working with Fortune 500 companies. A sampling of organizations to have enjoyed Warren’s sensitive and engaging style of training and facilitation are: Dell, DaiNippon Sumitomo Pharma, Symantec, Hertz, Itochu and Tyco Electronics. His experience in training spans working with engineers for technical opportunity planning and project management to developing innovative value messaging skills for sales and marketing teams.

Warren is certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as Project Management Professional (PMP). His latest book, Business Mapping, focuses on innovative problem solving for teams. In it, Warren introduces practical concepts and collaborative techniques for solving complex business challenges through innovative thinking. Continuing to innovate, in 2010, Warren launched the first online course on innovative project management that trains managers and teams to better leverage the Internet for communication and collaboration for multi–location or multicultural projects.

Warren lives in Tokyo, delivering training courses in Japan and throughout Asia Pacific. He holds a 3rd degree black belt in judo, is an avid golfer, squash player and loves to read.
